Dehydrated Smelt

Smelt is packed with Omega 3, and high in protein, vitamin B12, and calcium. They are also high in vitamin D, which is essential for bone and teeth health. With a good amount of amount of potassium, they can aid in heart health; and lets not forget about  phosphorous, which is responsible for turning food into energy for the body. For such a small item, they sure do pack a nutrient punch!

They make excellent food toppers, and are a definite favorite in our household!

Sold in 4 oz packages if they are the bigger smelt or 5 oz packages if they are smaller (I cannot guarantee which size we will have in stock at any given time) - Orders will be filled with whichever we have handy at the time of order.
